Alte Kachelofenfabrik - Neustrelitz

Unfortunately you need a reservation in order to have dinner - since this place is so popular that there is not a single table available if you are staining in the Öko Hotel on the premise and spontaneously would like to eat there (at least on weekends). However, we managed to have an after-dinner cheese plate with local chees and a drink later that night, which was excellent.

This is a good place for dinner in Neustrelitz. The menu is varied so there is something for all tastes. The waiters speak some English and were able to advise us about gluten-free and lactose-free options on the menu. We tried several different dishes on three different nights (vegetables, soups, meat dishes...) and all were very good. However, we did find the food a bit too salty. We were staying in the hotel so also had a copious and delicious breakfast every morning.Whether eating outside on the patio under the trees or inside, the setting is charming.

On holidaytour in Germany we luckily found this adres. Searching for good, fresh and healthy food we were happy with this. Too often the kitchen in Germany is full of meat and fatt for us This Fabrik offered everything we like. Plenty salads and vegetables As a bonus there was a wonderfull garden. We were 2 times here and very satisfied. The staf is professional, quick and very friendly.

It took a while to walk to Fabrik (which is the condensed name the locals use), but it was worth it. A little tricky to find without a map, it is tucked away off the main street but once it comes into view it's hard to miss. The building is quite distinctive, and the chatter from the garden will steer you in.There is no English menu to be had, but the waiters have a smattering and should be able to assist.Go with the specials. Otherwise, look to see what the locals are having. Lots of kids outside (a play area is provided), and garden tables are at a premium if the weather is good.The service is excellent, attentive and keen. I ordered blind from the specials board, but was not disappointed. The chefs clearly know what they are doing, not over cooking the delicate vegetables and preparing the dishes with great detail. Commonly, and deservedly referred to as one of the best places to eat in the area.

We had to find a place for Xmas dinner near our holiday house and were worried that this could be tricky for Christmas day. I asked in the Mirow Drei Koeniginnen Museum for a recommendation and the young man was adement that this and is great place to eat. (Thank you!!) Fabulous meal. Spectacular three course meal. You dont expect that when you see the place from the outside. And very reasonable priced. So dont go anywhere else. Enjoy.
