Tja, das war kein sonderlich schöner Besuch. Das Essen ist eher so lala, qualitativ und geschmacklich wirklich manchmal ohne Worte. Manche Sachen haben so seltsam geschmeckt (und sahen auch so aus), dass ich es nach dem 1. Bissen nicht nochmal versucht habe. Am Ende fanden sich auf unserer Tischrechnung (insgesamt waren wir 10 Personen) 2 Getränke zu viel, die definitiv nicht von uns bestellt wurden. Obwohl wir wirklich viel Geld dort gelassen hatten, wurden wir vor Ort festgehalten und mussten warten, bis die Chefin kam. Das hat gute 20 Minuten gedauert. Unter der Woche. Abends nach 10 Uhr. Um uns dann unterstellen zu lassen, dass wir lügen würden. Am Ende hat sie es dann gut sein lassen, aber wir werden nach dieser Art und Weise sicher nicht nochmal dahin gehen.

Reichhaltiges Buffet und alles lecker. Für Mittagessen absolut topp. Der Service war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend.kann nichts negatives sagen. Preise und Leistungen passen

Vielfältige essen u. a. Froschschenkel... direktes bringen des Essen - an der Küche- des selbst zusammenstellend​ens Menüs/Tellers an den Tisch ✌️✌️✌️etwas gehobene Preise für Getränke insgesamt aber gut.

Für das Konzept okay am Buffet gibt es reichlich Auswahl für große wie kleine Gäste, ich mag den Grill

We visited on a Friday evening, it was very busy which is fine because it's big enough. The choice at the buffet was very large and looked appetising but here's the rub. The quality was ok but as it's buffet, the food has potentially been out for a while or the popular dishes are gone and not replaced quickly enough. It felt too much like canteen dining or hotel dining. A very large eating area with lots of people, no intimacy, no cosyness you get with a restaurant. The restaurant is lovely inside, nicely decorated and clean but its size just adds to the canteen feel. The bottle of Heinz tomato ketchup on the buffet bar added to that feeling.The food was nice but on the whole it didn't sing like a good restaurant should. The service of having fish or meat cooked how you want is good and there is a good selection of meat and fish to choose from but it just felt too impersonal. The choice of desserts are good and the chocolate fountains are lovely. The desserts are what makes it difficult to say just 3 StarsIts biggest problem is that there too many good restaurants in Neustadt so why travel out of town to have something that's ok when you can have a far better evening in the town.
