La Criee Neuilly - Neuilly-sur-Seine

Excellent restaurant popular with local and visitors alike. we ate there, three nights in a row. we have tried a selection and recommended them all. friendly and attentive customer service that made us welcome and special. beautiful art, the day of the excellent. an l’arc.

An extensive selection of seafood. I had a moules mariner, that was ok, but not excellent. many of the muddles were too dry, they should have been moved around in the cooking vessel to keep them moist.

Let me first say that I am not a fan of seafood, but I really enjoyed this restaurant. my father had the cuddles with fries and said that it was delicious, my mother and sister had the laughs and claimed that it was very good and I had the pink garnels that were mouthwater, although they were a bit creepy to peel. the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the portions were very generous; it was a really good experience overall and it was good to get out of the center of paris.

La Criee is part of a national chain of fish restaurants, we have been to quite a few but the one in Neuilly is a firm favourite. They have a take away service for seafood platters, there is a good selection of fish (and two meat...dishes but this is not the place if you dont like fish) which is freshly cooked and well presented. My husband enjoyed his fish soup, I had a starter of avocade and crab in a light sauce followed by bream in leek sauce, my husband chose a dish of a selection of grilled fish both of our meals were excellent. If you have left room for a dessert you'll find a good choice. We had puff pastry filled with ice cream and chocolate sauce, I enjoyed a very thin apple tart with ice cream. The three course fixed price menu at Euro 26.00 was very good value but none of the dihes on the menu are overpriced. This is not the right place if you are looking for a romantic dinner for two. It's functional (but nicely decorated), overall an enjoyable visit.

We all enjoyed an excellent meal in this medium sized restaurant which is quite central. The service was of good quality and there was a large variety of plates to choose from.The desserts were very good too. We also went to the same chaine in...Gennevilliers and it was also excellent quality.
