In my experience, Switzerland has been attracting large numbers of Indian tourists; large numbers were also at Rheinfall. I think this is the main reason Spice Bistro is located here. In fact, most of the people I saw eating here were Indians.
These were the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Such an unexpected surprise. The people here were also really nice. I will come back the next time we’re in Switzerland as I still dream of this food.
Best option for Indian food Rhine Falls. Delicious with good quantity of food and fair price.
We came here at the strong recommendation of our local tour guide, and it was well worth it. The samosas and masala chai are delicious, and the staff was friendly, especially for the kind of place (basically a kiosk with amazing food) that it is. Perfect for a quick bite. Do not understand at all why others have reviewed so poorly. Maybe they have upgraded their fare and staff?
Rude, thank less manager/cashier who really doesn't want to be doing this job. Indians buying food there are treated as if he's doing massive favour by selling samosa at 9 francs, 1/2 cup Chai for 4 francs, pav bhaji at 12 francs. We found nice restaurant just where the boats leave with very friendly staff, reasonable price, and fresh hot/cold food.
