Gasthaus Eyachbrucke - Neuenbürg

A little outside the small town new burg, at the rande of the North Black Forest, and in the enztal flows an idyllic stream called eyach from a romantic valley to the enz. at this place, surrounded by forest, leads a bridge over the water, and exactly there is this gas house for decades. built in a black forest style, with small dining room and large terrace directly on the bach, it offers a welcoming view. the food offered are regional, and some are the trout dishes of forellen breeding right next door. After we had made a sweat walk along the bait today, we went on the terrace. because it was noon, we decided to eat a little to save us the warmth of the heart plates. quickly the junior who also liked to come and we ordered after we delivered enough drink, with a young, friendly service. it was not very full on the terrace that was heat too large despite stretched sunshades. but I could observe that the foods, as ordered, were freshly prepared after appropriate time. our male pockets, paprikaschnitzel and bark meat looked visually good, also tasteful, herrn b. the bark was a bit too fade, but we were satisfied. it is nice to sit here to see nothing but green pine forest, trout ponds and water, in summer naturally anyway, but at over 30 degrees it becomes everywhere with time too hot. but a good recommendation for hikers, cyclists and autotourists, also the enztalbahn to bad wildbad keeps here. a parking space is exactly opposite and that it is so good that it prefers to stay right behind the gas house, a modern hotel with swimming pool was built, which also calls itself eyach bridge, but has another owner. when we are too hot in the city in 2018, we will always land here. a pleasant ventilator wore on the terrace, and the carvings with paprika sauce and real salt potatoes were very delicious. still absolutely recommended.

Make them a picture! here are the pächters of restaurants friendly, but must be used. the cleanliness of the employees can be desired so that we would rather take care of everything and we had taken a drink to look for another place. the interieur, as well as the outer design of the restaurant is beautifully decorated.

After a few days walk we drove past this terrace and returned to have a cold local beer. We were greeted with a smile (behind a mask naturally) and could choose a table for ourselves. Usually we order a small dish of some types of local specialties with our beer, but this was not on the menu. But shortly after the arrival of our beers we also got a plate of scharwzwalder ham on some bread slices. The lady told us that she didn't usually do this and that she had used her own bread. What a beautiful surprise and it define a smile on our faces. This is the extra service you don't always get. Bravo!

We drove past this place and decided to stop for lunch, which was served until 2:00. The terrace was rather close to the street, so it was a bit loud, but we enjoyed watching the trams cross the plain and stop at the tram stop (3 past while we were there). We were served by a slightly abrupt but efficient lady in the traditional costume. Four bikers who arrived shortly after our order said they were too late for a hot meal (it was 1.45). We enjoyed our chips and chips that were cooked nicely. Park opposite, or directly in the entrance to the Forellenhof/Eyachmühle.

Not a big place, but cozy. Attention and friendly waitress, Excellent carving and jagerpotle(? The river leads right past. Too much traffic noise to be perfect. But edible and a great value
