Tea-Room Confiserie Schmid SA

I regularly visit Neuchatel and had never been to this cafe until my last visit. It is located in the center of the city where you can catch the bus or a taxi. It looks like it has been extended quite recently on the back, which is not visible from the street, so that it can sit far more people than expected at first sight. During my last visit it became one of my favorite cafés to dive for a place of lunch. The lunch menu has a good selection of light bites, but I ordered a beautiful herb cup of tea, croque monsieur and one of their beautiful cakes. I have never seen cakes like them, they are an artwork and taste absolutely delicious! I think they could be made on site. The prices are average and the staff is friendly but once again when you speak very well Swiss/French, there is always a light barrier. I would totally recommend this cafe.

Well located, near the center, ir offers a range of delicious treats. Cosy room opens early, which is an advantage for me as I am an early booker. Service is good, but expect some difficulties when you only speak English.

I have never experienced such rude and abusive employees. They demanded money from me for a card payment that apparently did not go through days ago, cried me in French before other customers, and would not give me a reception and had absolutely no proof for my name, card or transaction day. I have never experienced such oral mistreatment and attitude from the staff in a place I visit every day. If it wasn't for my college at work that calmed me, I would have gone to the police. I also speak French, but my accent is not immaculate and the staff laughed at me while they told me they didn't understand while I asked for a reception or proof.

Je m'y rends tous les jours. Accueil excellent, personnel souriant, à l'écoute. On se sent bien.Leur panel de produits est d'une qualité irréprochable. Mon préféré reste le bretzel au beurre, c'est une addiction. J'ai décrété, à force de l'avoir savouré, que c'était le meilleur de Neuchâtel. Je tiens à vous féliciter, venir dans votre établissement est un réel plaisir.

On c'est arreté pour un café on gouté les ou canpés et au sandwich délicieux Et aprés au paticeries un réve l'orgasme de la bouche, un petit gateaux au chocolat que je plus du non il et symplement wao.
