Cosy caffe they love the coffee and hot chocolate

I like the atmosphere in this bar, as it is a little different from the rest in Neuchâtel. Nevertheless, his staff is not to pay attention to his customers, especially if their boss is not there. I spent 10 minutes with it (two young girls, both very much like spending time on their phones), getting a drink and in the end it was my friend who went to the bar and got it right. The place was not crowded at all, it was at 9 a.m. on Friday and I assume they are a bit more effective when they have more work to do. Nevertheless, this is not a service you would expect in a Swiss café, whatever the circumstances are. Well, yeah, I don't think I'm coming back long. I'm sorry, girls, you asked.

We stopped a coffee in this little café. I had Cappuccino and my partner had a hot chocolate. Both came in large cups, including a small croissant and tiny glass of orange juice. Coffee costs Sfr. 3.80, hot chocolate 4.50. There is nowhere in Switzerland to find a better deal in a seating, full service restaurant. Good service too.

Il s'agit de l'ancien bar "le Félin". Ce bar a été très bien refait, le cadre est vraiment très réussi. Par contre l'accueil était assez distant, voire froid. Ce dernier point est clairement à revoir. Nous y retournerons toutefois volontiers, en espérant une amélioration du service.
