We were greeted nicely, but it was already happening that we had reserved for 8 people, but only had a table for 7, of which a chair was not a real chair. We've been offered champagne, only he's ever needed until he got here. After a felt eternity, we were asked for hot drinks, but we were still allowed to order nothing to eat. It took some time again, then the cellar came to the order, but I was really wondering why in God's name, aren't you scrubbing up?? And there was always such a fauxpas after the other: the spits did not come at the same time and have kept forever waiting for eggs partly cold from the croissants came only half, the other only after we had eaten by pan cakes were either burned or not by bagels hard as yet wanted to be ordered because one could have eaten the rest only half, was asked what more eierkuchen with apfelmus I can only say underground and I worked in a café myself long enough. Breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. The service was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it didn't work so well with the removal of abandoned tables and used dishes. So we felt a little bit clogged, although the nice waitress ran back to the vault several times after receiving orders with empty hands. The operator must work at the facility. Better experienced. In March 2019 visit disastrous. Waitress didn't get the store at all. We waited for coffee and food for over an hour. The woman was friendly, but had no idea. (I wouldn't have had this woman a day longer. She was completely unsuitable for this work. The tragedy: it may have been difficult in its opinion, but should not have had any success at all. And you should also protect your employees as a boss. It is hard, but open word and end! Or, as a boss, think about whether you need another man/woman in peak times.
