GenussPur in den Burgerstuben - Neu-Ulm

We were in the genus track in the civic tubes in February 2017. the restaurant is located a bit outside the common reutti and is housed in a home. there are enough parking spaces available. the flair is - typically a sober place. the service was very nice and exceptionally attentive. actually we wanted to dinner only, but then we had the opportunity to attend the brewing seminar. the brewing seminar was first carried out by the owner and then by a worker. both have made it very entertaining, varied and educational. the participants were involved and allowed to "mix" themselves. finger food (minimum and sausage in the leafy) was added to the introduction. also it was possible to tap self-trusted beer at any time. to the appetizer there were cartoffel dumplings in sweet cream and as mains a small cordon bleu as well as a small steak with crimson hood, with late zle and cartoffel noodles. The dessert was also absolutely delicious: a warm apple cube, an even warm apricot/marill jam, a mandarin ice cream and a look. everything was done. the drinks were included in the price. we had a very nice, fun and delicious evening. we can recommend a trace of pleasure in the bürgerstuben!

In principle you can order blindly from the card and will not be disappointed.The alternate suppers are the dream. the new genussburgs are also great and the pommes as a supplement are really perfect and taste so.My classic is something different cordonbleu. very tasty. nice atmosphere combined with hospitality and delicious decor. what you want more. the bauerneis as a dessert or the apfelküchle are also delicious. :

Whether own beer, a juicy burger in the lukewarm, tasty ochsenbäckchen, homemade potato chippommes or the tasiest homemade desserts - here is worth visiting. Inside it is a small civic room, outside the rustic beer garden, you are served by nice staff and also the chef himself likes to take care of his guests.Highlight is the - as a group bookable - bierbrauer seminar, where you not only learn to brew yourself bier, you also learn a lot about bier in general, you can taste some sorts and get a very tasty 3-g menu kred. the restaurant is barrier-free and offers enough parking facilities, and you can also organize larger parties or book the corresponding party service. We are looking forward to the next visit.
