My wife just wanted simple egg and chips. The waiter brought out a plate with two eggs, both with solid yolks, one had been broken in the pan and was just a mess of overcooked yolk and white. Both had been cooked so hot that they had extreme 'crispy bottoms ' and burnt white around the edges. The chips had clearly been in the fryer several times and were utterly inedible. We called the waiter back and politely pointed out that both eggs were hard and the chips were awful. Instead of doing what every other waiter would do in that situation, he chose to argue with us in front of all the other customers. He claimed that this was the way they always served eggs, there was nothing wrong with the chips and nobody had ever complained before. My wife said This is just bad! . I said Look at it ! whilst my finger bounced off the hard yellow rubber that was supposed to be a yolk. The waiter turn towards my wife and said Madam you are WRONG . I told him we weren 't paying for it regardless as he angrily took it away. Never in my life have I EVER seen a waiter argue with a customer who had complained about the food. I was so shocked I burst out laughing at his ridiculous behaviour! The couple next to us left most of their food on their plates too. Incredible arrogance and appalling attitude from the waiter. They don 't deserve any customers. If you look at other negative reviews of this place you will see that our experience was by no means unusual.

Continues to offer good food and drink at reasonable prices, with friendly service. A popular regular choice for many locals and visitors alike, and we will return on our next trip in September.

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent food and service in clean and comfortable surroundings. All at a very reasonable price. We will return.

For what is paid in the nerja for the catering service this restaurant bar is perfect for eating and dining without noting that oted is inflating the price for the mere fact of being in a coastal town mainly frequented by foreigners.

Very well served. very rich nachos and ribs. dishes are great, I recommend sharing, especially for children
