Subway - Nerang

This restaurant is conveniently located near the autobahn, but it's not ideal for travelers. There are no restrooms available for customers, and the place seems to be run entirely by high school students—there wasn't an adult in sight during our visit. To top it off, we had to wait in a long line.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and it felt like the staff didn't want to be there. There didn’t seem to be a manager present, and most of the employees looked younger than 18. They forgot half of our order almost immediately and then wrongfully accused us of requesting extra items. My salad was incredibly dry, and the sauce container fell into it not once but twice. It's disappointing to see how much this place has declined.

The service is good, but they don’t provide the promotions that other Subway locations do.

Never seen such pathetic service in all the years I've gone to subway. Kid can't even get a sandwich right. Absolutely useless.

I'm a regular at this store. I placed my order at around 3 today 07.08.22 the service was terrible and the sandwich was disgusting. The presentation of the sandwich was very bad.
