I hope they have cameras and this guy is fired, he's a shame and imitating. I hate this Wawa
Come overnight to coffee, coffee is like mud 80% of the time. Undrinkable and they do not even offer to make a new pot. Girls in the register are super unfriendly and rude.
The worst Wawa. Gives the whole chain a bad name. 45 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches. We understand a lot to do, but we had to get a refund when we realized that they created orders and then random people who just ordered and decided to take wrong orders. No excuse. However, there was a hardworking young man who seemed to be a newer employee.
I had the bad time to use my app, and Messiah really took the time to help me. He could help all cars waiting for fuel and me with the app. I never got the app to work, but I am grateful Messias took the time and tried. Get up!
I went to check out, and the lady at the register told me that the machines were down. I wanted to pay by card since I didn't have cash on me. The cashier, a woman, rudely said that I either had to pay by cash?I had already ordered my food. I begrudgingly used the ATM and incurred the fee that my bank levied on me. Well, as soon as I came back, the register was working. On principle, I should have been refunded that ATM fee. The manager and the lady at the cash register were very rude in the sense that they made it seem as if I wasn?t the one inconvenienced. I don?t care about the ATM fee, but the customer service was very poor.
