Wipeouts Grill - NEPTUNE BEACH

EDITED: I have edited this post to give an update since my last review (listed below) of this restaurant. It has now been about 3 -4 years since I started coming to Wipeouts. There 's not just one reason I keep coming back, there are several. The people are nice, the ladies working the bar are some of the most lovely, and friendly bartenders you 'll ever be lucky enough to find. They work hard to serve the customer. They 've got a really good selection of food for a small business bar and grill, I 've seen the place go through a few changes, with staff, and structure. The look may have changed a bit over the years, but the one thing that stayed the same was it always felt like you were with friends, The staff have a way of always making you feel welcome, and not just like a costumer. I love this place! About 2 years ago, I came in just looking for a cold drink while my car was getting an oil change. Christine, who is now the owner, gave me an Iced Tea on the house, and told me to just come back for lunch sometime. About a week later, I did just that. The staff is so friendly, and personable. They all know my name, and adore my children when I bring them in. They really really make you feel welcome here. I know it 's cliché, but this place reminds me of that old TV show Cheers , and apparently, I 'm not the only one to say that. Whether you are bringing the family for a lunch, or just grabbing a drink after work, you can 't go wrong with this place. You want to go somewhere where you feel more like a friend, and less like a customer, check this place out. It 's my favorite place.

New favorite at the beaches! Excellent food, service, and atmosphere; very easy parking situation makes it even better. Highly recommend.

I posted on the spot before I know the owner's personally they are a good bunch of people up there good crowd to go anytime just have a few drinks or grab some good grub definitely a nice spot to go to if you're at the beach would definitely recommend

We usually have a wonderful experience at Wipeouts..but the last time we were in was a different story. Came in for wing special. Once we talked with the bartender about what we wanted, she suggested the wing and pitcher deal which we were quoted as$16.00. We added a side of fries which we were again quoted about $2 something . We went with the combo deal and thefries..when we paid the bill the prices were different than when we were quoted. When we questioned the prices we were told theprices changed tonight and she didn 't know . I 'm in the service industry myself, and if prices change, all employees should knowif that price changed so that this very incident doesn 't happen. I over heard the owner tell the bartender just make her happyand take $2.00 off . Not cool. After that we felt VERY uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong by questioning theprices we were given vs. the prices we paid. We really enjoyed going there, but not really sure we will be back due to the coldshoulder we were given at the end of our service.
