Great coffee, great seating. I love to sit outside and enjoy the weather, wind, chat and coffee. that has become our place with my friends. the roasted coffee is smooth, they offer plant-based milk options and I enjoyed the avocado/tomato toast. it was a bit hard on the red bevel for me, but honestly, a teespoon dices for me can be a little and it was easy to shoot them from my toast without ruining it. if they stay on the beach, this place should be on their breakfast list before they enjoy the beaches.

Breakfast in the southern area is excellent! Be ready for a line when you visit a weekend. Line moves fast and food and coffee is fast. Excellent lattes- try the honey bee! Great breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

This place has great coffee with more than fair prices! You also have wine and beer... plus, food with a little bakery? Great outdoor seating in front and a wonderful little courtyard in the back, good...*if there is an rude, female college child that you ask to lower your voice while she sucks all her free internet into her veins... just ignore her rude ass?

Nice to still see a team of people in a business what they love, do what they are good, and do it well. Even if the current job is a springboard for something else? Intelligentsia French Press was excellent. Eggs Benny was excellent. Proof, my warm GF pumpkin spice muffin, was perfect? Excellent work Southern Grounds. I'm back.

Good banana chocolate chip muffin! Latte comes with whipped cream I didn't know. Would only ask for coffee in the future. Trevor Lawrence was also there
