Tim Hortons - Nepean

I was there 4 different times this week and needed to go bevor getting anything. There are a lot of people behind the counter but it seems Noone knows what they are doing. I waited more than 10 minutes and wasn't anywhere near ordering. When you get to order the staff doesn't listen or gets mad at you for different reasons (f.e. claimed that they are out off the stuff I wanted although I could see it displayed). Food and coffee are very good as usual though. Don't go there if you are in a hurry! UPDATE: I'm not sure if they made changes, because of the bad reviews or I just got nicer staff but the girls on the 15.6 afternoon were really sweet, it looked very organized and there was no big line, keep up the good progress!

Got the items I wanted. Everything was as expected. Food was good

Clean and bright with quick service. One of the better Timmy’s I’ve been to.
