Thai Express Nepean

This is the best dining experience in Ottawa! However, I ended up paying nearly double for extra portions of noodles and toppings, which I could have saved by just getting the regular size in the paper boxes they provide. This has happened to me three times on three visits. The kitchen staff really doesn't seem to care. Honestly, if you’re looking for better service and a friendlier atmosphere, I would recommend ordering from any other Thai Express in the city!

I wish I could give zero stars! This is by far the worst Tampon Express in Ottawa. Do not order pad thai from here unless you want undercooked chicken, small portions, and terrible service. Beware!

The prices at this restaurant are reasonable, making it a great option if you're looking to take a break from cooking. The location is cozy, and the staff is friendly.

Ordered two pad see ew combos and lacked a drink and a veggie roll from one of the combos. Moreover, there was a piece of plastic in one of the pads that see ew’s. would probably avoid this thai Express location next time. I have eaten at many other places and it was always excellent. that wasn't.

Nice service. No line up at supper time. COVID measures are in place. The place is clean and well maintained. There is no possibility to eat inside, at the time of this review which is August 2021. The meals were prepared in a timely fashion. Be prepared to live a tip before you can tap if you are using a card.
