Wait's News - Nelson

Stopped here for breakfast... amazing. Eggs were cooked perfectly ( and not with a ton of oil like most places) sourdough bread was great with real butter! Decor was retro and lots to look at. Highly recommended and will go back when in town!

It's an old soda fountain with counter seating and a strange and wonderful array of vintage artifacts. It's a great place to sit and have a (very good) smoked meat sandwich and picture Archie, Veronica and Betty walking through the door.

If you're looking for a Nelson feel, this is it. Friends and I went to this restaurant and had such a good laugh. The staff was friendly and the food was decent. It felt a little dirty when we first came in but it may have just been the lighting. The atmosphere was undeniably in line with the city it's in.

This is a small place, but has great ice cream. I believe they also serve sandwiches or other foods. They have a bar to sit at while you eat. Cute place to stop in and visit while in Nelson.
