A&w Canada - Nelson

We visited this place three times during our stay in Nelson. I did not have a good experience with the manager and one of the staff members. On our second visit, the manager did not have time to listen to my complaint about flies in the restaurant. On the third visit, while placing an order at the drive-thru, a staff member did not have the patience to take and review my order, and even scolded me for that reason. They should be more customer-oriented.

No ice for fountain drinks, very strange, and the menu does not display all available items.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Hours are completely incorrect I came here at 9:40pm and you were closed when you said you should be open. I don't care what kind of food place you are. You dont lie about your

Mediocre service, veggie and cheeser not as good as usual, coffee was

So, I'm only rating this as compared to other A&W restaurants, and so it's not great. The fries are regularly cold; there seem to be staffing problems, so sometimes it isn't open; and it's more expensive than any other A&W I've been to recently.
