The hotel is in a nice location, the furnishings in the room matched the hotel, but that was only at first glance. The bed was very hard, squeaked terribly and there was only one small pillow, we have never slept so badly. The bathroom was clean, very nicely tiled, but the shower fitting was full of verdigris, you could only use the hand shower, it wasn't possible to use it overhead because the water didn't even come up to the shower head, but instead sprayed out beforehand, the shower door was also broken, It couldn't be closed completely a piece of cardboard was temporarily wedged between the top hinge, which seemed to have been torn out. The door to the bathroom squeaked and creaked very loudly when one of us finally fell asleep and was awake again. Even if the bed had been comfortable, you wouldn't have gotten any rest because it was very noisy. Our room must have been above the kitchen because tinny noises could be heard constantly. So nothing about relaxation. We had booked 3 nights with wellness half board, but only stayed for two. We didn't use the wellness area. The breakfast buffet was ok, the dinner was disappointing. There was still something positive, the staff was very friendly and spoke German well.

Chicken soup that only tasted like water. Entrance meal was a disaster. No possibility to change. We ate out on the first evening

Are for the first time in this hotel, are pleasantly surprised. Value for money is very good, in contrast to Germany. The environment is very beautiful, there is still an intact forest, we also explored the i-bikes. Food is also very good, both in the hotel and in the restaurant which is in the hotel.
