After several attempts last night we managed to go to dinner. As soon as you enter, you immediately realize that you are in an environment different from the usual...very well-kept, where nothing is left to chance..the fabulous outdoor audience as well as the interior room. Everything is the result of a meticulous research made with passion. The first thing that surprised me once seated..the wine paper...where for the first time I have not seen the names of the usual producers far too discounted but a selection of small Italian and foreign realities that denotes a great competence and professionalism managed and cured directly from the sister of angel (I don't want it for the name)that together divide the conduction of the room. Angelo, the Chef, after several international prestigious experiences he has created a menu, mainly based on fish, which in my opinion reflects his experience...straordinario...to try...both for the quality of the ingredients but also in the presentation of the dish...from three stars michelin but with the simplicity,cortesia and professionalism of those who this job knows how to interpret it to the best... cherry on the cake... dessert...not in detail to leave to anyone looking for something different
