Doubletree By Hilton Neenah

I had originally made a reservation at another hotel, but they refused to allow visitors on the property. After a lot of struggle, my reservation was eventually canceled. I then visited Doubletree and explained the situation to the staff at the front desk. They were understanding and quickly booked a room for me, even offering a discount. I was in town for my father's funeral, and the care and compassion shown by the staff at check-in and throughout my stay was truly touching. The staff at the front desk were amazing!

I highly recommend this restaurant for their innovative customer service, seamless organization, and thorough follow-up to ensure all our needs were met. I would recommend them to other companies for corporate events.

The food and service at the Memorial Luncheon at the Level One Dining area was beautiful and tasty. We are so thankful to the staff for being so helpful during this stressful time. We highly recommend this facility. Very clean and bright.

Took my son and some friends to enjoy his 14th birthday and swim. Paid for connecting room and it wasn’t cheap. Upon check in three staff people, who stunk like cigarettes all kinda hanging out at the desk. One referenced how they are lucky she even showed up. The pool was so over chlorinated you couldn’t even stand to sit in the area let alone swim. Caused your eyes to burn and it was hard to breath. The remodel having stayed previously is nice but cheaply done. Small RCA televisions with absolutely terrible sound. So no pool, crappy TV, and a mediocre restaurant. I’d say an overall disappointment. But you do have $4 sodas in the lobby to look forward to. Hard pass! And we’ll think twice about booking a Hilton again.

All I can saw is if you would like fake smiles with daggers thrown at your back this is the place for you we were made to feel like we were bums of the street asking for hand outs. Awful customer service cold breakfast that you were interrogated to pay 14 bucks for when it was included in your stay. Just don’t go
