Contribuiți la feedbackThis location does not reflect the outstanding service of the other branch. They are under different ownership, which results in varying expectations for their staff. When I visited tonight at 6:45, there were seven employees behind the counter, yet none of them were actively working. We went through the drive-thru to order two 4-piece tender boxes, but after we paid, we were asked to pull forward and wait. After 17 minutes, I decided to go inside to see what the hold-up was. To my surprise, I found all seven workers just standing around while the food for the four cars that had been waiting was sitting on the counter, getting cold. There was no manager present, and the shift leader was just standing there; it was only after I inquired that the food was finally bagged. This is the second time I have experienced such poor service here. What’s most disappointing is that the other Neenah location is always friendly, professional, and timely. Having both franchises in the same city only serves to highlight the shortcomings of this location in contrast to the other.
You can repeat your order five times, and they will still include random items in the bag.
I absolutely love DQ, especially their Grill & Chill locations. My favorite meal is the chicken strip basket, and I can't get enough of their ice cream! The food is always fresh and hot, and the ice cream is made just the way I like it. I have no complaints at all! Plus, the prices are always reasonable!
I worked here way back when I was 16 or 17. Sean was the owner of the store. Almost all of the night crew had school during the day and would start work here at 4 and shut down. Frequently after a game at the high school we would get rushes right beforeclosing time. The owner had a meeting and stated we weren 't getting out of time so he was going to have us start clocking outand working for free to clean after the rushes we had been getting. Meanwhile he pulls up in his brand new range rover but istalking about how is employees were costing him to much money with staying late and apparently overtopping the ice cream. Afterthat meeting I never returned to work here. My mom used to pick me up from work and she was getting mad to at home late I wasworking as we both had work and school early the next day. She had called to report this about how we were being requested toclock out and work for free. As far as I know nobody wanted to lose their job and kept it hush hush so dairy queen never got introuble for this. The day I collected my last paycheck someone had opened my paycheck and written on the paycheck stub What asad way to go. Just posting this because if anyone is in need of a job, if Sean is still owner he is one guy you don 't want towork for. I advise to not to spend your money at this dairy queen.
Its 2pm 1 car in drive thru not busy at all ..lobby closed i ride up on a bike to order a #6 but before i get to order screen the manager comes outside says i cant go thru drive thru with a bike i say well lobby is not open i just want a burger whats thebig deal? He says i need to call to make an order but i say i cant i dont have a phone on me... She then says well your outtaluck i said why? Do you want to come work for me i need workers ....anyways that was very poor business . and all i wanted was aburger he could of came outsise to take my order and serve me food and do great businness but instead gives me a whole bunch ofreasons to never return ....bad business ..no wonder why no body wants to work there the manager is lacking common sense andgood BUSINESS skills
