Fuji - Needham

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place has an unpleasant odor, and the wait for food was excessively long. I cannot recommend it.

I had to remind the waitress twice about the birthday dessert, but she only returned with the full bill instead of the dessert! I eventually had to leave our table to find the manager. He only credited the meal on our bill after I expressed my frustration. We had made reservations, yet we still had to wait 45 minutes for the chef to start serving our meal. It was a ruined birthday dinner, and the customer service was terrible. Such a disappointment!

The service was average. Our waitress wasn't very friendly, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us, even though there were no other guests waiting. The food was on par with what you would expect from any other hibachi steakhouse—nothing particularly remarkable.

The quality of the sushi was the best. The grilled chicken was a bit dry but overall was good. We didn?t go for hibachi but I will go for hibachi too!

Ordered take out for the first time via Ubereats. For the price I would have expected a bit more food portion sizes are small and wait times were long. I ordered 2 sushi roles, basic lo mein and spring roles. Anyhow, maybe the eat in experience is betterthan take out.
