Luby's - Nederland

They make a cafeteria line a culinary art work. Delicious food that's good for you. The layout of the place is breaking the form for cafeterias very stylish, except in the evening of the day it was hard to see the windows because of the aperture that I had to slip around on the other side of the table.

The first time at Lubys and it was good.. Mac and cheese could have been better.. And the chicken fried steak could have been hotter.. But overall it was good and the people were nice.. The prices were fair and I enjoyed my experience.

Food was good, but not hot. Good service. No cleaning tables on half the restaurant. Outdoor seating.

Very good. My first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I really enjoy home cooking sometimes. The fish, fried it baked hasn't changed in flavor in over the forty years I've been going there. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Oh, and go ahead and enjoy the best desserts! Yummy
