I have been to this restaurant for breakfast and Sunday lunch, and I have never been disappointed. Today, we had our Christmas Dinner get together here and it was amazing! The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They truly make your experience special and go above and beyond. The trifle was delicious, just like the rest of the food.

I went for brunch and was not disappointed. The food was beautifully cooked and served quickly. They even served real tea in a proper teapot, which was a nice touch. I ordered The Big Bob, which came with black pudding and mushrooms. The breakfast was very reasonably priced at just ten pounds. The decor was interesting and created a great atmosphere, and the staff gave the warmest of welcomes. I can't find any faults and will definitely be returning.

The cafe is beautifully decorated with a unique mix of sofas, coffee tables, and traditional tables and chairs. We all enjoyed the delicious Bob's breakfasts, which were perfectly cooked and just the right size. The bacon was thick and tasty, the sausage and eggs were perfectly done, and the meal came with tomatoes, beans, toast, and little fried potatoes. The latte was also excellent. We loved the background music of big band jazz playing softly. The staff and other customers were all very friendly. We look forward to coming back soon to try the roast dinner. Thank you.

This cafe has now been renamed Bob and Nancys. It is a proper community cafe full of comfortable armchairs and tables. Not only do they do meals on wheels but offer a wide range of freshly cooked food, catering for vegetarian, vegan and gluten intolerant needs, from early morning to late afternoon. They also put on a range of evening activities and during the day are offering community based activities. Everyone is made to feel very welcome and they are dog friendly. They are part of the warm hub initiative. I had tea with a choice of loose leaf in a pot, herbal and tea bag tea in a mug. The coffee is of excellent quality and freshly ground. They had an enticing selection of cakes and sweet treats and an extensive savoury menu, all freshly cooked. I had a toastie which was awesome and a trifle in a proper china cup which was really great. they have a toilet with baby changing facilities and a high chair.
