Bengal Bites - Neath Port Talbot

Worst indian food I 've ever had. The dishes were nowhere near what they would typically be, no taste, no spices. Poppadoms stale. Very small rice portions.

Food cold on arrival. Had to use the microwave, should've just gone to the supermarket and got a microwave curry, it would've been better. Quality poor and under cooked. Generic low quality food, worse than low quality canned curries. Wait time longer than desired, Over 60 minutes from ordering. Disappointed with the food as it was paid with gift card. Unfortunately won't be ordering from Bengal Bites again.

Curry was watery, rice was half full, half the chips were burned and tandoori chicken tasted weird. Won’t order from there again.

Food was great but forgot a curry, hour gone by and still hasnt been rectified

The Food is great, Bengal Bites has always been great but on this occasion the delivery time wasn't and some of the Food arrived cold sadly. I'm trying to be fair because the food is nice from here.
