Bokos Ouzeri - Nea Ionia

Wow. they order a tiny bottle ouzo and get four small tellers eat. then we got two fish and a few pea root salad. diñner for four. about 40 euro. fantastic eating. great service. apparently this has only happened in volos.

This tavern follows the long tradition of volos to serve small dishes when they drink tsipouro. the quality of the excellent dishes, the staff was great and very friendly. a must be for anyone who passes or lives here.

Great variety of tsipouro and mezedes. the personal is not very professional, but quite in order. last time we visited (two years ago), the waiter was very friendly and polite. this time the waiter was not so friendly and smiling. some mezeden were decent, nothing extraordinary, while some others were better. overall the quality of the fish was good, we enjoyed it definitiw.
