Contribuiți la feedbackAbsolute scam, the staff and the manager are thieves, we had to call the police. we ate in their restaurant sama they computed us the tax that we do not have to pay as foreigners when I tried to question this, the lady took mine. card and pressed in contactless. When I took her out, she said she was supposed to go to the main table and they would help. we said to the boarder that the situation had been to two workers, of which one spoke zero English, second condescending man had no warning what he said above all, even believe that this was true when we showed him the guidelines of the government for tourist and translated it into spanish for him he said that it was not the tax we accused them we called the police, it was the only way to solve this issue, because it is not about money, but about the principle of everything. we also advise other tourists who wanted to eat here and book this hotel to not harass them that they booked elsewhere. they are acting with a traveling and they have no idea how it brings the rest of their business, much luck to find customers, European prices for totally disgusting food and service. also the waitress in the restaurant beat another hospitable who gave a lot to eat and drink and called her a drunk. that is really what they want as a paying customer! never something like this, terrible people, terrible service, sub-average eating and the worst experience in South America for the months I have spent here.
During my visit to the restaurant I met janina martinez. janina is a beautiful person who is very sweet and professional in her job. she was very patient with me and took her time to explain some questions I had. a good experience on my trip many thanks to janina and I hope that they will be back a few days cheers, rune larsen, Denmark
Janina took care of my business partner and I. the food is amazing, and the service is the best in nazca. very much recommend this place!
This is a part of a hotel where we did not stay, but the hotel looks very nice (name: Casa Andina). The breakfast is so nice at this place, you can eat here for pp. they have eggs, yoghurt, bread, milk, pancakes, cheese, meat,...butter, jam, honey and more.
We came as a group, and that was ordered in advance. they knew there was a vegetarian in the group. Nevertheless, they served for all the same main court, except that they had removed most chickens from my vegetarian court.
