1924 Naxos-smyrna Cuisine

Found this place by accident and have had a superb experience! The bar serves excellent cocktails (the most perfectly balanced negroni in Greece so far), the service is friendly and very welcoming. Our waitress knew everything about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The barman knew the wines and, again, recommended a delicious wine, perfectly paired with our food. The tempura prawns and squid were amazing, followed by grouper fillet and slow cooked beef to die for. 5 stars all day long; you won't be disappointed. The food was so tasty and the service was exceptional! Totally recommended!! We had the fresh fish as main dish and soutzoukakia, tabbouleh salad, kantaifi with naxian Gruyère and our dessert was bougatsakia! Everything was perfect! I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, as I always try to savor the good and the beautiful from every experience, but on this occasion it is incumbent upon others to know that 1924 is no longer the restaurant it was... unfortunately there is no it's nothing to report.. welcome, service and even less the food...
