Mcdonald's - Navy Yard City

Food was great however the customer service was horrible from the lady that took my payment at the first window. Her judgement and impatience was completely uncalled for especially considering I was their only customer at the time.

They wouldn't even give me my food. I ordered food on the app and it was only a total of $7. The app glitched and my order was charged to my card and I got a confirmation email but they still wouldn't even accept the order unless I provided them with a four digit code that the app didn't provide me with. I asked who do I request a refund from and they said to come back at 8 to speak to a manager or wait for a code. If they called the manager, why do I need to come back? What if I didn't live here! I literally just wanted food before a 4 hour drive. This is pathetic! Just another reason to go to Burger King or something.

I 'm conflicted. Fries are always cold or stale. Even when it 's busy. Even when you order without salt. And asking for a chocolate shake is satire. We don 't have any shakes!!!!?? What happened to service with a smile? Good McDonald 's food left with Ronald McDonald ?

I haven't been to McDonald's in about 8 years or so (food allergies). Tonight we went in to rest after a long walk and get a soda for my son. The bogo deal for big macs was going on, so I got two of those no pickle onions. My son's had onions and he hates lettuce (I was tired wasn't thinking)... The worker was kind and understood when I told her he hated lettuce and asked if we could just swap it out for a Dbl cheese only ketchup. She said of course, was very kind and courteous and it was no problem! They fixed it fast and he enjoyed his burger. I also ordered a Caramel iced coffee last minute before leaving, worker was very friendly (not frustrated because I approached the counter again to order something) and she made it really fast and surprisingly, it was amazing! Sun was setting and we were trying to get home fast. Forgot jackets (it was 72⁰F when we left)...Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors to enter, may need someone to open the door for you. I had a stroller, so my son opened the doors for us.

Considering McDs has been typically pleasant, service on this drive thru has been mediocre if existent at all. Overall decent experience and fast at least.
