Arby's - Navy Yard City

We stopped to get dinner and ordered thru drive thru. After Giving my order the girl quit taking too me bc I said they were meals so we drove up and took 4 ever to get money then she went out back and screamed as loud as she could cussing . Came back to sundries like 10 minutes later with food and part was wrong. Not very friendly place

You don 't always get what you want ,how you want it or their just plain out of something. Tell me though how a fast BEEF food restaurant can be out of beef??? That 's so insane. Still had good chicken and next time I want Arby 's I 'll call ahead of time and ask "WHERES THE BEEF?Parking: Handicapped tooKid-friendliness: Yup, kids allowed.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and wide entrances.

I hope they give each employee at least $1 per hour raise.The level of service was above par for sure. So polite. Food was decent, Arby's nom nom ?I love the roast beef deluxe that they took off the menu long ago.Regular roast beef add mayo, shredded lettuce, and tomato ONLY. So gooooodThey had 2 for 7, so I got 2 regular roast beef sammies. One plain to add Arby's sauce and one with the extras noted above.ALAS!! They were out of Arby's sauce!!?????? (Can you BELIEVE this??)But I was quick on the draw. I also ordered crinkle fries because fries matter!!I knew ranch was on its way, so we added BBQ. That was a gooood dinner lolDietary restrictions: If you're vegetarian or vegan, do NOT go to Arby's!!And that leaves more for everyone else. You can easily go high protein!! ?Parking: It's perfectWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, tables to table up to.... so there's that!

I placed an online order. Walking up to the counter while the worker is stocking napkins, the worker quickly turns around with utter disappointment upon his face, scoffing me. I asked if it was bad timing. He said he 's tired of people coming up to the counter and not saying anything. shocked, I said "I don 't know what to say, some people like to look at the menu, I guess? "Super weird experience. I wasn 't in a rush or hurry. I had already placed my order and was soaking up the ambiance, checking out their specialty items on their menu board. If I hadn 't have already placed the order, I would have left there, and then.Finished my meal. Worker carried on, no apology for his unusual outburst.I 'm sure he 'll be terminated in just a matter of days with how odd his behavior is. I 'll go back in a month or so and review this establishment again, in order to keep it fair for the business owner.

I have been waiting in line at the drive through for more than 25 minutes I'm going to be late for my appointment at 2 o'clock because of this. This seems to be a trend with most fast food places now they are serving so many online orders they can't serve the drive through and the lobby. they need to shut one of them down or get a bigger kitchen with bigger staff but don't continue to take orders you can't fill reasonably timely. I won't be back. For the amount of time I spent here I could have prepared my own lunch at home.
