Contribuiți la feedbackDinner with a dear friend in this excellent farm. Really good meats with subways and pickles. Perfect and cut grilled that melted in the mouth. Sweet homemade really delicious. All very abundant and very kind owner. We'll be back soon.
It is so much that I frequent it and I must say that the quality is always excellent and genuine (not certainly supermarket)... Also excellent wine and digestives. Nice place, too.
We had a lunch of about 30/40 people, altogether the food was good, but the really reduced quantities. (We split 1 risotto tray in 9 people and 1 tray of noodles in 9 people, same thing for meat) without any replacement, even after the requests, no comment! When we asked to bring us a little more meat or meat, we were told that there was nothing (only the first of the table had a tray of meat slices as a replacement). The only thing they replaced was fries. From a trattoria you expect certain portions, which we did not see in our lunch, we are very sorry because’ we chose bruso, because’ sure that the food and the quantities were adequate, instead for the quantities it was absolutely not so. The worst thing was that despite the demands, they did not replace first and second. With us there were people who from Brusa are habitual clients, and they were amazed too, saying to us: that they are normally not so. Without talking about the lack of education of the waitress, which seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of the restaurant, failing to wait even during the moment when the celebrant read a dedication of the family, the waitress screamed and demanded that at that moment all responded to her, annoying that people did not respond immediately, for all attentive to what was reading (moment that lasted 10 minutes, someone of the waitres For quantity and goodness of dessert nothing to say, it was fine. Really a great sin ... p.s. when we booked the room, it was guaranteed that the quantities of food would not be a problem, that if necessary they would replace the pirofiles. We're not going back for sure.
I'm sorry to give such a negative judgment for a farm that has really nice staff, but Tripadvisor is done for this. We start with positive notes: the place is nice and easily accessible, the landlords are kind and very nice and the price is absolutely honest. Alas the well-known sorrows though: the service is of an ESTREMA slowness. I understand that since there are only three women in the kitchen who also make the delivery of the dishes does not help to speed up the process, but sit at noon and stand at 14.30 after repeated requests of sprint is not acceptable, considering also the small number of tables to be served (ben 4). We pass to the quality of the dishes: the portions are in the norm and the appetizers are all summed ok (good bacon and salami, but if they added some hot appetizer or a Russian salad instead of the common gardener would not be at all bad). The first consisted of a robial risotto and asparagus that is more insipid than I've ever tasted. Fully tasteless or tasteless, completely devoid of personality. The so famous grill was dry and tasteless, hard braised and with nervetti, and sweets seemed industrial (at least, cheesecake was definitely). In short, for the price paid (25 per head with two bottles of water and wine) I should not complain, but if you come here thinking of making a Sunday lunch as you have to choose more.
We found this place on Google, a little tired because on the internet it gave the civic 123 while it is 146. We arrived at the evening opening and it was worth it because the room even if small is cozy just and even those who work there make you feel comfortable. I'd say good. We took two first brought directly into a pirofila, inviting in seeing them and really tasty throughout, the wild boar sauce is tasty and also the local ravioli. A little meat x a second, equally good. I have to say I'd be glad to come back because I liked everything. Congratulations!
