Waffle House - Navarre

POSSIBLE Discriminatory Practices. I'm a 42 year old adult black male. I visited the referenced Waffle House on August 21, 2009 at approximately 9:30am. I sat at the breakfast bar counter. A white female waitress came over to take my order. I wasn't ready to order, so she said she would come back in a minute. I agreed. She went down to the other end of the store and talked with a customer. There were two unoccupied white male cooks working. After approximately 3 additional minutes I motioned to the two cooks that I would like to place an order. The gentlemen took my order directly. The lead waitress heard me. I paid for my meal with the lead waitress. She asked how things were. I told her the food was great. She obviously knew about the waitress' customer service. I left a tip which the second waitress gave to the first waitress. Before I left, I thanked the two cooks for taking my order. This morning at 9:43 am CDT (Aug 22, 2009) I called to talk with the manager to provide feedback on my experience. He wouldn't provide his name, but stated that we was too busy and hung-up the phone. On Aug 22, 2009, I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for considering my feedback.

This restaurant is always organized chaos in its finest...Ashley and Ed, where definitely kill it as well as the rest of the crew... plus the breakfast was totally brilliant and very contemporary presented. Will definitely recommend and return to this facility.

Good food, excellent service. had got 5 stars if he had Salsa. For some reason, the waffle house decides not Salsa was the right way....bad decision. Staff super friendly and really a good time, but no salsa is not good.

We recently visited this location during our last vacation and we really appreciated the amazing service we recieved by a man named Noah. He was incredibly kind, professional and his timing was on point!! The food was awesome and just what we needed. Really enjoyable experience and we look forward to coming back. Thanks!

2 18 2022: just wanted a quick sitting simple breakfast and exactly what I needed. Lisha my server and Jerry my cook gave me an excellent meal. I'm sorry I missed the picture. Eggs over light, hash brown with onions, bacon perfectly cooked, and toast. An excellent place to visit the beach of Navarra.
