Kfc - Navarre

There’s no indoor dining available, which really takes away from the atmosphere. I'm also concerned about the cleanliness of the interior since I can't see it. Many restaurants seem to be neglecting cleanliness now that customers aren’t around to monitor things. They messed up my son's order, but he decided to eat it anyway. I’ll give them 3 stars since I didn’t have to make a trip back to get it corrected. The staff was polite, though.

I visited KFC and had a fantastic dinner! Everything was fresh, hot, and crispy—just the way I like it. The staff was friendly, and there was no waiting time at all. Thumbs up!

I really enjoy KFC, but this location always takes an incredibly long time. When I arrived, there were two other cars parked, and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. I would visit this place much more frequently if I could get my food in under 10 minutes. I just can't figure out what the issue is. The drive-thru line is usually not long, yet they seem to be very slow. The McDonald's next door is quicker, even if there are ten cars in front of me.

Seriously what is wrong with this place it's even worse than the KFC in gulf breeze which is pretty terrible. The honey BBQ wings never have sauce on them and today the biscuits tasted sour. This place needs to be inspected by the health department.

I placed my order online, and it was ready exactly when promised. Everything was correct, and the food was both hot and delicious.
