To make matters worse, when I requested a replacement, they informed me that they were out of pepperoni. A pizza place without pepperoni? Unbelievable! Instead, I opted for a ham and bacon pizza, which unfortunately was also burnt, although not as badly.
Ordered a Philly, got half of the pizza. $38 with tip for this.
I'll start by saying that I understand it's difficult to find employees these days, but this Domino's is consistently crowded with staff. However, during my last few visits, I've left empty-handed. I was given a pickup time, only to be told when I arrived that it would actually take an additional hour because "she keeps updating the queue." How does a 30-minute wait turn into a 2-hour delay just because you're busy with pickups? This has happened every single time I've ordered from there. They may be offering 50% off this week, but I still ended up with no pizza, which is incredibly frustrating.
I received the wrong order, and when I called to request a credit, I was told to reach out to corporate instead. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any help from the manager. I suggest placing someone in charge who truly cares about the business. Date of experience: July 29, 7:35 PM.
We ordered 5 pizzas at 10:30. It took about 45 minutes to get them, but so worth waiting. The pizzas were so fresh and hot that they smoke out of the bag. Taste and taste were just great. Best pizza I've had for a long time and I'm from Chicago. The delivery man named Tommy was very nice, apologetic for the delay and overall had excellent customer service. Go on.
