WORST POPEYES EVER! Go to another location. This place is so dirty, and customer service is horrible. Lady looked at me when I entered and didn’t ask for my order. She kept doing her thing and six minutes later, she took my order. I ordered six wings, I had to wait 27 minutes because I kept going up to the front asking them about my order. The lady said that it takes 8 minutes to make the wings, but this was 20 minutes after they placed my order. There were six workers there. So it’s not because they are lacking employees. Not only that, but my wings weren’t even good. I was so close on asking for a refund. Meanwhile, drive-thru was going by pretty fast.

Slowest service in San Diego county for me, by far. Unacceptable.

Customer service at this location is horrendous. Also, every time I go, they never have spicy chicken and don't even offer to prepare any if you want to wait, and they also don't like to upgrade for substitutions, eventhough the customer will pay for upgrade. Too bad because the restaurant itself is very nice.
