Chipotle Mexican Grill - National City

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service and rudeness. I placed my order through their app, which they knew was malfunctioning but still went ahead and processed my order, billing my card despite the issues (I received a confirmation number and pickup time). After preparing my bowl, the staff member insisted on charging me for a second one, claiming I needed to contact customer service for a refund. She was quite rude and seemed confused, unable to adequately explain the situation while trying to shift the blame onto me. Additionally, their staff do not wear name tags, making it even harder to address these concerns directly.

Up until now all the food has been good and the portion sizes from this place have matched the portion sizes of all other Chipotles I've been to in several different cities. However today, Saturday about 5:00 pm, I picked up three burritos I orderedonline, the same burritos I always order from all Chipotles and the burritos WERE SO SMALL. Seriously, they are $15 burritos andwhoever works there at this time made them super small. As a result I will not be going to this location again.

The restaurant could use some improvement in cleanliness. Every time I've visited, I've noticed it could be tidier. Additionally, compared to other Chipotle locations, the portions here seem smaller. On the upside, there's always fresh food coming off the grill when I arrive, which is a nice touch. I recommend that management consider hiring more staff to help keep the place clean; after all, customers generally prefer dining in a clean environment.

I don't understand why my orders from this restaurant on DoorDash are always messed up. The portion sizes are also quite disappointing.

I got very bad stomach cramp later that evening after lunch. But I have a strong belly. So it was just a painful burn. ????
