Wendy's - Natick

The food is excellent, but during my first visit, they were out of strawberry frosties, and on my second visit, they were out of chocolate frosties.

I used to eat a lot of McDonald's nuggets, but now I really enjoy Wendy's, especially their baked potato with bacon. I'm always impressed when it's served fresh!

The food is good, but the staff is very rude and don?t get the order right. The manager herself is not pleasant as well, she was rude to 10 year old kid who just want a baconator fries. I told her slowly exactly what I wanted and I confirmed, and yet she got my order wrong. Very dissatisfied.

11:25pm I got my food when I left and park to eat my food was cold, my drink was barely a drink, the cashier who took my order seem to not care but I understand working fast food is tiring but I would hope the next time is better. Didn?t want to go around because the line was long but I?ll come back to this soon

Natick on route 135 has horrible service every time. They are very rude and always forget something with the order. The food is barely warm and the fries usually taste old and soggy. The employees are extremely rude and very slow at the drive thru even when there's no cars in front or behind you in the line. Corporate should investigate this horrible establishment and fire some of the lazy, rude employees.
