Smashburger - Natick

A few weeks ago, my son wanted to try a smashburger. The burgers we had were all right. All right. The Pommes were very disappointing. For $4.49 for a big pommes I was very, very disappointed about the crowd. The package was literally half full. Total demolition. But disappointing the place was not particularly clean. I watched the Expediter (a middle of the 20's man with dreadlocks) who grabbed our bag, sniffed several times into his hands and then continued to treat our food. He also spoke loudly about how he had done everything he could do on this job and how he was looking for a new one. I ate my dinner and tried to ignore his germs.... I'm not going back there.

The food was absolutely disgusting, didn't even eat it just threw it right in the trash where it belongs. The bag and everything in it including the burger wrapper and burger were soaked through with grease, there was grease dripping from the bottom of the bag. They're probably not this terrible all the time but no point in giving them another chance to serve something so vile. They don't let me respond to your response but i had already submitted a complaint through your app and have heard nothing back.

The food was sub par. Not the price for the portions size. Better go to 5 guys for this price.

Fried and grilled chicken sandwich is terrible. Fries taste like re microwaves the next day Fast Food Chain Fries. Service is bad, even if empty, though friendly. The spices at the table were empty. I had to ask for my shake three times, 2 on order and once after the food came out.

Out of all of the Smashburger locations here in Boston, this location in Natick is my absolute favorite place!!! I love it here!!!! The staff here are very friendly, energetic, and all really awesome people!!! The food is so delicious too!! This is the only place that has gotten my order right every time I?m here!! If you love a delicious burger and fries, I highly recommend this Smashburgerlocation!!!!
