Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee - Natick

I always order a mocha ice storm when I visit this place, and it's absolutely delicious. Although I never shop at Nordstrom, I specifically go to the Nordstrom Ebar just for those drinks, haha. They also have a great selection of other options, and the staff is friendly and very quick with completing your order.

The cashier was quite rude and unwelcoming. She may have been having a tough day, but her attitude was not pleasant.

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of food and drink. However, the quality of customer service can differ based on the staff working at the time. If not for this inconsistency, they would have earned a five-star rating.

The service and drinks at this place are consistently outstanding. My barista, Allan, is always attentive and friendly; he really brightens my day!

Today, I politely asked one of the staff members, who didn't appear to be busy unlike the others, for some to-go cups since I had my coffee in a mug. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and rolled her eyes at me. This was the worst customer service experience I've had at this place.
