Dunkin' - Natick

The staff does not care about the customer service labels that are missing on the display or simply wrong My power breakfast sandwich was literally COLD in the middle, just because I ordered an extra Patty. My refresher was watery and I've never been so disappointed with a Dunkins.

Counter Kind was super angry about something he was telegraphing with his movement and sound. Very unpleasant for customers, and then to complete it, he got our order wrong!

My wife and I got food poisoning yesterday after they had bacon-egg-and-cheese at 11:30 on the croissant. My NP woman suspects that it was not Salmonella, but rather something like dirty employee hand? or spoiled/expected ingredients. I tried to call the number on Google cards, no one would get the phone.

I spent almost $4 on a signature iced latte here, I've had them many times before and the one I just got is down right disgusting, it takes like regular coffee that they decided to try and playoff as an ice latte and downed it with milk. I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

Everytime I go there they are out of almond milk, fill coffee only halfway, and taste terrible. Horrible management, she is so mean, even to mall employees and we are there everyday. I am not going there anymore. I can't stand the way she looks at and speaks to people.
