Smoothie King - Natchitoches

I had to wait 5 minutes to order in the drive through, which is expected on a Saturday. But, once I finally got to the speaker to order, in a regular ordering voice, I asked for my order. She said she couldn't hear me, so I repeated my order again just a tad bit louder. She said again she was having trouble hearing me sp I got louder, she cut me off and told me to pull up. Then, she never came to the window. She made two people's order inside and possibly took another person's order. She also took the person's order who was in line behind me. I waited at the window 15 minutes before she ever even came to take my order. Her name was Brittany S. She had long yellow fingernails and faux locks. She was quite rude.

I believe that Smoothie King workers are the backbone of our society. Delicious smoothies. Why is there only 1 chair?

Every time I order a smoothie bowl it’s never fresh or done correctly. My strawberries are always slimy, blueberries are always ROOM TEMPERATURE , the acai base is liquidy, and I never get a good proportion of each fruit. Not to mention I did a mobile order last night and we got to the window and she had the store closed @8:30pm when they don’t until 9pm. We had to go up to the window knock then she opened the store.

Dont go here, 2 smoothies took 10-15 to make and they were reall ly slow with a long line
