Mcalister's Deli - Natchitoches

Guess I am due a bad experience because we have eaten there at least 30 times and the food and service has always been impeccable. I also have ordered take out to take to friends that are ill and they always say that McAlister's is their order on line favorite. The Chicken n Dumplin Soup is the one item I wish they would carry YEAR ROUND. Their Chili cannot be beat. Love all the sandwiches we have eaten there and will be dining again today with our family.

This place was horrible. The took the money out of our account and proceeded to say it was declined even though I had proof of the transaction. I continued to ask for proof of the refund and he handed me some paper showing nothing of it and ended up telling me if I wanted my food I had to pay AGAIN. I definitely don?t recommend this place at all.

$4 for a fountain drink. Over $30 for 2 sandwiches a side and 2 drinks. For over $30 you shouldn?t find paper in your sandwich. Friendly service

Our first time at a McAlisters Deli. Read reviews here prior to our visit too. Service was the best I could ask for. Food was great! Wanted to find a good French dip for my wife and they did a great job! Restaurant was clean, staff was nice/friendly. We will certainly be back!

Everyone was friendly, the food was quick. The children?s menu was a larger price than expected for dine in, and it didn?t come with a cookie, though the menu said so. Overall really happy there are fresh food options in Natchitoches so they?re doing great. Just make sure your menu reflects what you?re getting.
