Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Natchez

Once, I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. However, I've noticed a few issues recently. The chicken strips are overcooked and dry, and the popcorn shrimp lacks flavor. On the bright side, most other dishes are quite good. One thing to keep in mind is that if you order a salad, you'll get a very small portion. It's better to order extra, as if you're planning to share, so you can take leftovers home. (Unfortunately, I wasn't able to adjust the star rating on my review.)

This is the best Dairy Queen ever! No other location can match it! I've been coming here since I was a toddler, which means I've been enjoying it for over 40 years! I've tried other Dairy Queens, but none of them come close to this one.

To top it off, she gave my family vouchers for future DQ orders and an Amazon gift card for my child, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also saw her helping an elderly lady in the parking lot when we parted ways, and she even comforted someone who wanted to hug her. I hope to see her again soon, as she truly deserves a raise for her outstanding service!

I'm dependent on the chicken sticks. For breakfast I recommend the Country Platter. It has everything you need to get the day started on the right way. Super friendly staff. Love is coming!

I don't know why I rated this establishment with four stars. It should have been a two. The store is definitely in disarray. I went in to purchase a cake. After I got the cake, I went up to the counter to pay. No one was manning the fort. After waiting at least five minutes, I had to catch someone's attention in the back. He stated someone would be here very lackadaisically. She came rushing out and waited on me and others that were behind me. Of course their cakes are delicious!
