Cane River Commissary - Natchez

We ate here last night for my brother and sister in the anniversary dinner. Of course it is worth my hour and fourth five minutes drive. This is a cozy little place with a great atmosphere. The spring-side salad was crunchy and fresh. The pork chop medals wrapped in bacon were so delicate and juicy with the right kick of spicy from the sauce. The only thing that is wrong with this place is that I liked it so much that I hate it only so far from me, but every time I go to visit my family I know where we will eat!! Oh and I didn't mention that the waiting staff is very friendly and helpful.

Seriously so impressed. I can't say enough good things about this place. Charming, welcoming and wonderful service. The Spinach and Artichoke competitions were the best appetizer I've ever eaten, the Bermuda berry was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the bread pudding was the best in town, without any doubt. We will definitely come back.

The food is amazing. The owner and the staff are the most friendly people. I highly recommend this place!!

Oh, my! Super great food, super great service! This is our new escape. We're coming back! P.S....the only complaint is that there is no room when you're done! Lol!

This is by far my favorite spot when we come in to town for dinner with my Dad. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is phenomenal. Make sure to try the pizza, it’s our favorite!!!
