Bamboo Shack - Nassau

I'm sorry for the picture, but couldn't wait to eat my conch snack. Just came from the gym and was really hungry and enjoying a conch snack, but did not want to make any fries the right choice. The conch was really tender, tasted and the salad was quite fresh and crisp. Very happy with my dinner.

This is the second Bamboo Shack that I tried in over 4 years and I am very impressed, it is so delicious! Every time I cook the Conch Snack and the Conch and season so well. I would only suggest a little more ketchup on the Pommes under the conch

I am visiting the Bahamas for the first from the United States and I tried bamboo shack. It was so good! There were two workers, Akiah Davis Glenda King, that were so welcoming and made the experience even better. The shrimp and conch was amazing but the experience is what made it better!

It's Bamboo...a cultural icon. Food is rarely a miss...One suggestion I have is to make the nutritional values of the food served available to the public. Y'all food is be slapping but too much of it gonna kill ya.

I like to stop here on Fridays for the jerk snack as a treat for my son but oh goodness the wait on the drive thru is unbearable. It's sometimes an hour wait especially if it's after 5pm. Maybe they need to consider allowing persons with huge orders to wait in the parking spots at the side and allow a runner to take the items to their cars. Anyway, the jerk chicken is usually good just wish they would go back to giving the festival.
