That was so delicious! It took a while, but it was worth it. It is fast food, but it is also rlly authentic. Most locals go there Cuz it is so far from the cruise port.

Great food. bahamian taste and more on a delicious and even healthy menu on some items. be ready for a bit, because the spot is so popular.

The lady that took our order was very friendly. She interacted with every customer she served. I'm sorry I didn't take her name, but she was a tall bright complexion lady.

The service has improved and the grill Salmon and Ceasar Salad is the best on the island for the price. This is a regular restaurant for me.

Bamboo is now out west and offering even more food than other locations. They carry cold and hot pasta, mash potatoes, a variety of rice, macaroni, vegetables, salads, sauteed mushrooms and meats done every which way, jerk, grilled, rotisserie, fried. They have quick service as most of the sides are laid out in front of you to decide. All of this, in addition to their traditional, favorite, Bahamian snacks.
