The Pancake Pantry — Hillsboro Village

Breakfast was excellent, I chose the tried and true; eggs, sausage and pancakes. It was all very good, service was fast and friendly despite being busy. Only hitch in the experience was I wanted to purchase some of the Cinamon Cream, which is amazing by the way, but there was nobody at the checkout station. Worth the wait (line moves moderately quickly). Great variety of tasty pancakes.

Loved it. JJ was host — friendly and clearly knows what he is doing. Erin, our server, was friendly and efficient. Food was great.

The place was amazing, great fast service, got you in the door very quickly.. but the s’more pancake was so sweet I could hardly eat it. The coffee was really good, the sugared ham amazing and their crepes light and fluffy. A great place to eat!

There was a line going out the door and about a 20 minute wait but it was well worth it. Breakfast is delicious!
