Sichuan Hot Pot Asian Cuisine

My husband and I love going here for the hot pot. Fresh ingredients and well worth the money. We enjoy ourselves every time. The food speaks for itself, staff is attentive (not over the top), and the decor is beyond what you'd find in many other establishments. They change their menu for the seasons. They also have plenty of pictures in their menu to help you decide (much appreciated). Their steamed buns are as close to the real thing as I can imagine. Light and fluffy, not sweet like many other places. Come and enjoy like we do. You won't regret it! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options including tofu, plenty of veggies, and a vegetarian hot pot option. Parking: All in a shopping center in front of restaurant.

I’m used to being discriminated often but I’d really appreciate not to hear it when I’m eating and paying for my food. My friend asked if it was possible to opt for rice instead of noodles, waitress answered with all this food in front of you you still want rice? This was before we requested for a booth and we were told it was too small with hand gestures as though we were too big to fit. I laughed so hard my ribs hurt. As we packed our leftovers there goes this same waitress yelling from a both we were denied across from us “too much huh”. I tried to have a conversation about it cordially at the front but I was told they advise customers about portions. I let it be because we were the last ones there and I really did not want to be victimized any further. I hope they don’t treat others this way. Sichuan, Be kind to others.

I tried the other hot pot restaurants in nashville and this place tasted the best hands down, the spicy broth is 1000/10

This was a lovely treat from my children. The service was immediate. I bit more explanation about what and how to create deliciousness. I will visit again!
