Helen's Hot Chicken

The service was horrible. The staff were not friendly. They acted like it was a problem to give us extra napkins, they didn't have any ranch dressing. They started sweeping up the floor while we were still eating our food, and shut down the kitchen. I felt as if they were rushing us out of and it was not even 6 pm. They were not supposed to close until 7 pm. This was very rude. I would not recommend this location at all.

Absolute worst service ever. Got cursed out by the lady who claims she owns the place. Absolute disgrace to the food industry.

Food is awesome when open. You never know what time this location closes though. And they won't answer the phone even if they are open.

Absolutely LOVE the food, ambiance, and atmosphere. The lady Rokeya who took our order was very polite, courteous, and accommodating. Will definitely be back here again.

My son had eaten here several times and he loved it. So, we decided to give it a try. We got 24 chicken wings and 2 orders of gizzards. Wow! Really flavorful and juicy! After years of trying to find good wings,(and gizzards) Helen's nailed it! Just wish we had found it sooner. We will be back.
